FLSP Complaint to Human Rights Commission
පොලීසිය විසින් පෙරටුගාමී සමාජවාදී පක්ෂයේ සාමාජිකයන්ගේ නිවෙස් වලට කඩා පැනීම්, නිවැසියන් බිය වැද්දීම්, සිවිල් ඇඳුමින් සැරසී සෝදිසි කිරීම්, තර්ජනාත්මක දුරකථන ඇමතුම් ලබාදීම් ආදී වශයෙන් කරන මර්දනීය බලපෑම් සම්බන්ධයෙන් අද(13) පෙරටුගාමී සමාජවාදී පක්ෂය විසින් මානව හිමිකම් කොමිසමට පැමිණිල්ලක් ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලදී.
පොලීසියද සම්බන්ධ එකී නීති විරෝධී හා මර්දනීය ක්‍රියාමාර්ග පිළිබඳව පොලිස්පතිවරයා හා බස්නාහිර පළාත භාර ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ නියෝජ්‍ය පොලිස්පතිවරයා කැඳවා විමර්ශනයක් සිදුකරන ලෙස පෙරටුගාමී සමාජවාදී පක්ෂය කොමිසමෙන් ඉල්ලා තිබිණි. එම අවස්ථාවට පෙරටුගාමී සමාජවාදී පක්ෂයේ අධ්‍යාපන ලේකම් පුබුදු ජයගොඩ, මධ්‍යම කාරක සභික හේමමාලි අබේරත්න, සිතාරා කුලරත්න හා බෙනිල්ඩස් ප්‍රනාන්දු යන අය සහභාගී විය.
The Frontline Socialist Party complained against Police threatening behaviour to the Human Rights Commission today – 13 August. The FLSP urge the Human Rights Commission to investigate police suppression of their activists, telephone death threats by summoning the Inspector general of the police and the DIG of the Western Province.
Comrade Pubudu Jayagoda, the education secretary of the FLSP, Central Committee members Hemamali Abeyratne, Sithara Kularatne and Benildes Fernando attended to HR Commission to complain.
